About Us
Tom Peters has been working in the construction / carpentry
industry since 1987. When he began, he worked for a local
builder until he went out on his own in 1991, dba Tom Peters
Custom Construction (TPCC).
Since then, Tom's company has evolved from primarily siding
homes, both cedar and vinyl, to remodeling, additions, and
building custom homes. Tom's crew has remained small through
the years, never exceeding three.
In 2003, Tom decided to become a corporation so as to be
able to grow and expand TPCC. Now as of 2010 as Mid-State
Building & Remodeling, we are moving more towards general
contracting while continuing remodeling ventures.
Our current goalsÊincludeÊremodeling existing homesÊkitchens,
baths, basements, etc., as well as, building additions onto
homes to help peopleÊmake the most of theirÊspace and/or
grow as their families needs change.Ê Mid-State Building
& Remodeling also builds custom homes for landowners
in and around central Massachusetts.
